I understand how important it is for your email to work smoothly, and I’m here to help.
Upon checking, your MX records are currently pointed to Microsoft Outlook. Because of this, your email service with us won’t function properly, and we’re unable to troubleshoot it further while it’s set that way.
You have a couple of options moving forward:

You may continue using Microsoft Outlook by reaching out to them to set up your email account, or
We can update your MX records back to Homestead so your email with us will work again.

So, it is not possible for one user to use Microsoft Outlook while the others do not?

I'm asking because that's the approach I'd prefer to take.
