My website is not sending customer inquires to my gmail account

I have had several customer that have tried to send us an email from our contact page

My gmail account is not getting those emails from my website

I have checked all the links they have the right email, but still they are not coming through

Please help, thanks

To help resolve the problem, we performed a refresh on our end and submitted a test through the form. Could you please check whether you received the submission in your Gmail inbox? If you don't see it there, please also check your Spam or Junk folder.

Thank you for checking. If you received the test submission that we sent, that would indicate that the form is currently working properly.

Could you please ask the users who experienced the issue to submit the form again and let us know if they still encounter any problems?

One thing I noticed is that only the forms associated with the Gmail address are located on the following pages:

Home Page
About Us Page
Contact Us Page

Could you also check with the users which specific form or page they submitted their information through? This will help us determine whether the issue is affecting a particular form or if there is a different cause that needs further investigation.
