my base url does not redirect to my stores. subdomain

I have a eCommerce site that runs on Bigcommerce and recently noticed my site is not redirecting lets say djstractorparts.com to the actual live site https://stores.djstractorparts.com . also http://www.djstractorparts.com

https://www.djstractorparts.com

I know homestead handles our domain and i know these redirects used to work.
