Gmail emails show as returned - SPF issue

I had to re-setup my email through my CRM tool and I am now getting rejects from all gmail addresses.

I do have a txt record setup for Dubsado.  As emails are vital to my business, can someone help me?

I need to update my DNS spf record to v=spf1 ip4:66.96.128.0/18 a:spf.dubsado.com ~all and it is not letting me update, partner error

The issue is actually the TXT record you have there for the DKIM. I don't know how it submitted previously, but the _ is not a valid character for our DNS. If you need to use this, you would need to set up a free Cloudflare account and route your nameservers through that account to manage your DNS. If you call 1-800-710-1998, they can assist you.

I called them at 1-800-710-1998 and they fixed.  with spf txt record in my DNS settings:

v=spf1 ip4:66.96.128.0/18 include:websitewelcome.com ?all

They had also looked at everything and I think reordered priority and a few other tweaks.
