Gmail blocking emails from homestead-hosted domains.

Google has starting blocking emails that don't meet their authentication requirements. This is causing serious problems for me because many of the folks who I normally communicate with use gmail addresses. Please give this some attention soon. I've pasted one of the Mail Delivery system responses below:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [142.251.167.27]

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

550-5.7.26 Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated.

550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM.

    550-5.7.26

    550-5.7.26  Authentication results:

550-5.7.26  DKIM = did not pass

550-5.7.26  SPF [stellarwoods.com] with ip: [65.254.253.86] = did not pass

    550-5.7.26

Call their tech support at 1-800-710-1998 - I called and got right through to a tech and they said they have just found the fix for the problem (5/23/25). I send them one of my rejected Gmail emails and they will be going in and updated my DNS/Domain/Email records and that should fix the problem... they say. Truth will be after it takes affect and I am able to test it.

5/24/25 Update - the tech emailed me about 2 hours after our phone call and said he had all of my domain updates in and populated and that it should now work. I tested sending an email to my own Gmail account and it went through with no errors.

It seems you have had this problem for many years now. Leave Google and find another email service which will be better for you.

@les6064 I don't understand your comment about leaving Google. We are sending from a Homestead domain to other people that have Google Gmail accounts. We can't "leave" Google, we are sending to people that have Gmail.

Hello,

Can you go ahead and try once more? I have updated the TXT SPF record for your domain which should allow it to begin working properly.

Hello,

Your nameservers are pointing to Cloudflare, so I cannot edit your DNS. Please log into your Cloudflare account and make sure that your DNS includes all records in this article, especially the TXT:
