If your provider is unable to add those email records, could you please ask them to provide the DNS records needed for your website to work, such as the A records and any CNAME records they require?
Once we have those website records, we can point the nameservers back to us and manage the DNS settings on your behalf. We will then add the necessary email records to ensure your email service continues to work correctly while keeping your website connected to the appropriate hosting provider.
