Error 404

The moment I click on Website Manager, I see none of my domains and it goes directly to the Error 404.  I have logged completely out four or five times now and that problem persists.  I followed the directions on your site about how to fix it, but i can never get to any of the sites.  There is also no tech support or customer support available.  What do I do so I can update my website.  This is a constant issue and it is robbing me of valuable time that I do not  have enough of.
