Emails not forwarding to Gmail account

I tried sendning several emails but none of them was forwarded. 
I even adjusted the filder to send the email to trash after forwarding, just so I could check the filter was working, and it was, the email went to trash but it wasn't forwarded to mey Gmail.

@bernard8088​ Hello! If you’re pertaining to one of your emails under the domain richbliar.com and the forwarding feature isn’t working, kindly contact Outlook support. The email server for that domain is managed by Microsoft. Thank you

This is not richblair.com but a new domain we just aquired bcsfiber.com

The email I'm trying to forward is fabio@bcsfiber.com
