Email showing - Out of space

My email is notifying me that I'm using up all my space (455 MB on a 500 MB) - however, there is not that amount being used on the webmail?

Hello,

You should also consider checking your Trash or Junk folders, as they may be consuming a significant amount of storage space, especially if they contain emails with large attachments.

They are empty. I have checked everything on both my Outlook and on the webmail version. It's like my email has some sort of cache that needs to be cleared on Homestead's end. Is there a phone number to call to talk to someone?

Hello,

When you say the mailbox is empty, are you referring to what you see in Roundcube Webmail? We should always verify the mailbox directly in Roundcube.
