Email Problem

Senders of emails sent to my francis@mymeow.biz and office@mymeow.biz email accounts are receiving a message "Thanks for your email and we will get back to you shortly." I have no filters saved in Roundcube Webmail so why is this auto message being sent and how can I fix the problem or please can Homestead fix this.
