Email not working with Gmail

Are you forwarding the email to a gmail recipient? I'm not always getting the attachments to download so I "help them" by clicking Forward. I noticed if I want to use the forwarding email to send to a recipient by copying and pasting in the recipient's email address, it bounces back. So, I went back to the original sender's email and clicked Reply to sender that it went through. [I'm using Office 22 with my emails.] Maybe this will work but if you are clicking Reply and still it's bouncing back then maybe drew_n can advise you better.
