Email not working on one computer's google chrome

Only on one of our computers when using google chrome, once signed into email we are getting this message "server error: STATUS: internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information." I've cleared cookies/cache, restarted computer, not sure why this is happening.  Works fine on same computer when using edge browser.
