Email from web page either not sending or arrives weeks later

When customers click the send me a message link on our website, it takes all the information and makes you think it has been sent.  I received 2 emails on July 31 that were sent via our website in very early July.  Our email account is thru Juno, but I see others have had this problem.  Are you working on it?  Is it ever going to be fixed?
