Email and Website is down

My website is not working and my email is also down. Web Flow said this is a Homestead domain problem. Any help is greatly appreciated as we need our business back online. Email hasn't fully functioned in 2 days. It sent and received intermittently prior to completely shutting down. Website has been down for 4-5 days.
