Domain not pointing to site name

Trying to change site name for my website as it does not point to my website. It is under an old domain and under a new domain. When I lookup old domain, I either get a random page or nothing. I would love to have the website under the old domain which is suppose to point the website. It is only when I google the site name will the website come up.
