DNS zone stuck/locked

Hello,

I am trying to update the DNS records for my domain johnstonleighinc.com, but none of the changes will save. Every attempt returns the error:

“It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we were unable to submit your A Record, CNAME, MX and TXT Record changes at this time.”

I have tested:

  • Multiple browsers

  • Incognito/private windows

  • Clearing cache

  • Different networks and devices

  • Adding single records (MX, TXT, and CNAME one at a time)

  • Editing existing records

  • Deleting existing records

The error occurs every time, even for a simple change.

This indicates that my DNS zone is stuck/locked on the OpenSRS backend.
This happens with older Homestead domains and requires a technician to refresh, unlock, or resync the DNS zone so updates can be accepted again.

Please clear/unlock the DNS zone for johnstonleighinc.com on the OpenSRS backend so I can update my MX, TXT, and CNAME records.

Once the zone is reset, I will reapply the DNS updates normally.
