Constant Issues with Email

We are constantly having issues with our emails.  We miss emails, our emails don't go through, it's really upsetting to pay for a service that does not work even as good as a free email account.  Our latest issue is when sending/replying to an email to someone we frequently email, we are getting this in response:

DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication Reporting and Conformance ensures that legitimate email is properly authenticating against established DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) and SPF (Sender Policy Framework) standards and that fraudulent activity spoofing domains under your company’s control is blocked.
Potential Action:
Please contact your IT support/Email service provider. Ensure your SPF, DKIM, DNS and DMARC records are set up correctly, and do not have any extra spaces or unrecognizable characters in the records.

In order to use DMARC or DKIM, you'll need to use a third party system called CLoudflare. Create your account, connect your domain, and follow these instructions to create the record you need:
