cannot send email

Someone on my shared IP is sending junk mail again and I am being blocked in sending email as a "bad reputation."  I am guessing, as in the past, you'll need to move me to a new IP.  This is my business.  I cannot send work product as part of my job so I can get paid.  And I cannot send email to my employees or anyone else!

I have already submitted a CloudMark remediation request - but it will not do any good if I am still on the shared IP with whoever is sending the spam.
