Cannot receive or send emails from Gmail accounts. Is there a problem with Roundcube and Gmail?

Hi, we noticed that the TXT record was not up to date. We have updated it to:
v=spf1 ip4:66.96.128.0/18 include:websitewelcome.com ?all

Please check your email functionality after an hour or two. Thank you.

Still not able to send to Gmail emails, either in Outlook or from Roundcube. 

Am I using the current software 1.6.15 for Roundcube when I log in through Homestead? 

SS  I am not a programmer so I don't know what to do with DMARC or DKIM.
