When I go to my website it says "This site can’t be reached".
When I go to my website it says "This site can’t be reached".
I use the Chrome browser. Sometimes the site would open in Microsoft Edge, but now I get the same message wherever I try to access it from.
I contacted Network Solutions. They said it's Homestead's fault.

It's not new. I've been using this for years. For some reason recently it stopped working (even though I'm still paying for all this).
Clicking on "Domains" in Homestead gets me "Get a New Domain" and "Use a Domain You Already Own".
Network Solutions' Webforwarding gives the correct source and destination and says it's permanent.
It also doesn't work when I look it up on my cell phone's web browser.
I would love to contact anyone at Homestead, for more direct help. Instead, they shrug us off to this like it's any suitable replacement for actual, real customer service.
