Website host at web.com

Seeing has how the homestead site directs us to web now, has anyone been offered to switch to them?  With the lack of support and web building tools, I have been looking around and web comes up as a highly rated choice.  Are we going to get the offer of switching to them? Is their tech support better?  Is their web building software better?  Anyone switch?  I guess if you did, you wouldn't be on here reading this?
