URL's are not directing correctly on new Sitebulder

I recently built a website on the new sitebuilder and my websites are not directly correctly. The phone support has been no help in figuring out the problem. 

I need https://nextlevelcombat.com/ redirect to https://www.nextlevelcombat.com/ so they all go to one site. Right now search engines are indexing both sites as if they're 2 seperate websites and I'm losing valuable SEO rank because of it. A web professional informed me that Homestead needs to do a 301 redirect to correct the problem. Is there anybody that can help me with this?
