Unable to transfer domain

I followed the instructions provided by Homestead to transfer a domain. In my dashboard under Domains I did the following.

Verified my email contact information was correct

Verified Privacy was off (it was set to 'No')

Unlocked the domain

Waited 12 hours (actually waited about 24 hours)

Clicked 'Email your authorization code'

But I keep receiving message "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later."

Not sure what else I can do?
