Settings for pointing DNS records using A / CName Records not Nameservers
I've been with homestead 20+ years. I've created a new site using a different domain I already own and need to get it pointed. Within the domain panel, I added a new (already owned) domain, and it then asked me about where I wanted the email hosted. I specifically selected NOT at Homestead. I would have expected to be given the settings for A / CName DNS records for that scenario, but it gave me the Nameserver settings. If I use the Nameserver settings, all my MX records for my existing email wouldn't work, as those DNS records at my domain host would no longer be viable.
I don't want the Nameserver settings.
Can you please furnish me with the current A Record / CName Record settings, and whether I need to make updates in the Homestead control panel (i.e., do I need to cancel the pending nameserver pointing?).
