"ruvy.info throwing ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED - UnderConstruction.dll server script error

Hello Homestead Support,

I am experiencing an issue with my domain ruvy.info, purchased from Homestead.com, which is currently assigned to my "RUVY" website project within my account.

This website was still working fine recently.  While my other domains (like unidiversal.com) are working normally, ruvy.info completely refuses to connect when typed into a browser. When I navigate to my Websites Manager dashboard and click the blue "View published site" link, the server attempts to generate a preview but immediately throws an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error.

Looking closely at the address bar, the browser is hanging on this specific backend hosting script URL: ruvy.info/~site/Scripts_UnderConstruction/UnderConstruction.dll?CMD=CMDViewSite...

The domain is active and correctly associated with the site folder on my end, but your hosting server appears to be rejecting or failing to execute the internal UnderConstruction.dll script container.

Could a technician please look into the server hosting container for my account and perform a hard refresh or reset on the server binding/DNS zone file for ruvy.info to clear this loop?
