Our Business cannot print shipping labels with barcodes due to Homestead error?

Up until 3 days ago, our business could print bar-code shipping labels from orders placed. We have talked to NUMEROUS people at Homestead who do not know how to fix this problem. For now, shipping orders is troublesome and archaic.

Homestead customer service has lacked knowledge in resolving this issue for our company.
