Not receiving authorization code email for my domain

I'm requesting authorization code for my domain to enable to transfer the domain to another carrier but I'm not receiving the email even after 24 hours.  the email is correct and I also checked the junk mail.

If you have not received your domain authorization code (EPP code) after 24 hours, check that the registrant email address in your domain's WHOIS data is current, as the email is sent there. Immediately [resend the code] through your registrar’s portal, check junk/spam folders, and if it still fails, [contact support] to request it directly, as some registrars (e.g., Network Solutions) may intentionally delay this.

  • Verify Registrant Email: Ensure the email listed in the "Registration Information" section of your provider is correct, as this is where the code is sent.
  • Unlock Domain: Make sure the domain is unlocked (transfer lock off) in your dashboard.
  • 60-Day Rule: Confirm your domain was not registered or transferred in the last 60 days, which prohibits transfers.
  • Force a Resend: Log in and [resend the code] (if applicable) through the "Transfer to Another Registrar" section of your provider.
