Need to add Microsoft MFA DNS TXT getting error

Hello I am trying to add the following information to my DNS txt at penncorp.net

Please place a DNS TXT record on your domain. The TXT must include the following code to be considered valid, today’s date in the format: [DD.MM.YYYY]. 

Example:  

    TXT Name: @ 

    TXT Value: <16.07.2026> 

    TTL: 3600 (or your provider default) 

when I do this I get the following error.  Please help me resolve this.
