Hi @andy0583,

Before we proceed with securing the website, could you please let us know which website you intend to use? The SSL setup process will depend on the website builder platform being used:

If you plan to use the new website built with Website Builder, we will need to associate the domain with the new site. We will then provide you with the required A record, and you'll need to contact GoDaddy to add that record to your DNS settings.

If you plan to continue using the current website, it is associated with SiteBuilder Plus. In that case, we will need to configure SSL through Cloudflare to make the website secure.

Once you confirm which website you'd like to use, we'll be able to proceed with the appropriate SSL setup and provide the necessary instructions.

Thank you, and we look forward to your reply. 😊

Hi,

If you'd like to secure the website that is currently online, we'll need to set up SSL through Cloudflare, as the site is built using SiteBuilder Plus.

As part of this process, a Cloudflare account will be created automatically. You may receive email notifications from Cloudflare regarding the account setup. Please disregard these emails, as no action is required on your end.

Please contact GoDaddy and update your domain's nameservers to the following:

elijah.ns.cloudflare.com
nadia.ns.cloudflare.com

I also noticed that your email service is currently pointing to Microsoft 365. The necessary email-related DNS records have been added to Cloudflare to help prevent any disruption to your email service. However, if you experience any email issues after the nameserver update, please contact your email provider and ask them to provide the correct Microsoft 365 DNS records. You can then share those records with us, and we'll be happy to verify or update them as needed.

Once the nameserver changes are made, please allow 24 to 48 hours for DNS and SSL propagation. During this time, the website may still show as unsecured until the updates have fully taken effect.

Thank you, and please let us know once the nameservers have been updated or if you need any assistance along the way. We're happy to help! 😊
