My Website and Subdomain have been marked as a "Dangerous Site" - How do I remove this Google warning?

Hello,

A couple of days ago I discovered that my main website and subdomain (my Shopify store) are flashing a big red warning from Google that says my sites are dangerous. (see screenshot attached below)

Homestead tech support said my Shopify store had the wrong CNAME which triggered the warning, so they corrected the CNAME. The warning is still showing on my sites. I called back today and now tech support is saying that other Homestead sites are experiencing this problem and they're trying to figure it out.

I was about to launch a new product and now this is severely impacting my product launch and brand as a whole.

Shopify gave me some advice on steps to take, which I tried to forward to the last tech person I spoke to, but he wouldn't look at the information and said he doesn't know how long it will take to resolve this problem.

Has anybody else experienced this issue? Any advice?

You need to secure your website.

You can SSL your Sitebuilder Plus website by following this article:

If you're having trouble with the Cloudflare setup, you can always call for assistance at 1-800-710-1998.

Hi, thank you for the advice.

I had already gone through Homestead tech support to set up the SSL certificate years ago, and at that time Homestead had set everything up directly with Cloudflare. I don't understand how the SSL certificate could have been removed after the fact. Also, when I spoke with Homestead on Monday and Tuesday, they reviewed my account, so I can't imagine tech support wouldn't have told me if there was an issue with my SSL certificate when they were doing their troubleshooting.

I can certainly mention it to them, though, when I call them back.
