I can't add CNAME records to my domain DNS settings.

My CNAME records start with s1._domainkey, mail._domainkey (TXT) to set up Email Authentication (SMTP). We get this warning message 
"Please enter a valid host name, which can either be an alpha-numeric string (like "abc123"), or * for your CNAME Records."

What is the solution?
