How do I get my Domain Name Authorization Code?  Don't see any options to request it..

  1. Login: Access your Homestead account control panel.
  2. Navigate to Domains: Find and select the "Domains" tab or section.
  3. Select Domain: Click on the specific domain name you want to transfer.
  4. Unlock Domain: Look for options like "Domain Transfer & Locks" and unlock the domain, as it's locked by default to prevent unauthorized transfers.
  5. Request Code: Find an option like "Email your authorization code," "Get Authorization Code," or "Transfer to another registrar," as mentioned in the Fused.com help article and 101domain help article.
  6. Verify Email: Ensure the administrative email on file is one you can access, as the code (also called an EPP code) will be sent there.
  7. Use Code: Once received, provide this code to your new registrar to begin the transfer.

@russell5607​ At step 6, I have for the last few weeks, after selecting "Email your authorization code" I immediately recieve the following message on lower part of page "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later."

Any help on what can be done to move forward past this error message?

Thank you for your reply, I have unlocked the domain and then tried the "email your authorization code" and it just keeps saying "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later."  I have tried yesterday and today, nothing has changed.  I changed the contact email and tried again but just keeps saying "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later."  Is there another way to receive the code?

I am getting the same message. "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later." I tried yesterday and today with no success.
