There is no longer any readily available way to mange files on this website.
And the Support & help sections are WAY out of date, referring to product/services that are not longer there.

Are you using SB+?
FILE MANAGER: SB+
The file manager can be accessed in the top right of the editor, click on the domain and then click view file manager.
