Email authorization for domain transfer
I am attempting to transfer my domain. I have unlocked the domain in the dashboard, but every time I click "email your authorization code" I receive the message
"Lock Status Unknown" "Authorization Code Could not retrieve email" "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later."
Can someone please advise as to how to get past this error? Thanks!
