Just trying to view my DNS to make a change and I get this error for the last 2 days:

"It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."

Hi @joe7273,

It appears that the issue may be related to your domain still using our old nameservers. Could you please contact your domain registrar (the company where you purchased the domain) and ask them to update the nameservers to our current Homestead nameservers:

ns3.homestead.com
ns4.homestead.com

Once the nameserver update has been made, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the changes to fully propagate across the internet. During this time, you may notice temporary inconsistencies while the updates take effect.

If you're unsure who your domain registrar is or need assistance updating the nameservers, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help guide you through the process. Thank you!

I updated the nameservers days ago and I'm still unable to access the Advanced DNS to make edits.

Hi, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I understand how important it is to be able to manage your DNS settings. I have replicated the issue on my end and have escalated it to our System Engineers for further investigation.

In the meantime, I checked your domain's DNS configuration and found that your website's A record is pointing to another hosting provider, and the domain itself is registered with a different registrar. To avoid any disruption to your website, you may consider pointing your nameservers back to your domain registrar or current DNS provider.

If you would like to keep your website hosted with the other provider and only use our email service, we can provide you with the required email DNS records (MX, SPF, and any other necessary records) that need to be added to your DNS zone to ensure your email continues to work properly with us.

Thank you for your patience while our engineers investigate the DNS editing issue. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
