Domain Verification Email Not Received After Multiple Attempts
Hello,
I am not sure if this is the best way to receive timely support but Homestead only provides this feature so I'm hoping someone might be able to help quickly.
I am trying to transfer my domain name from Homestead over to my new registrar. From the Homestead control panel I have completed the following:
1) Select "Domains"
2) Select "Email your authorization code"
3) Ensured that the domain is unlocked and that the email is valid
4) Selected the "Send" button
5) Waiting a day and checked SPAM
I have done this twice and still no authorization code has arrived.
Does anyone have any suggestions/information on what might be going on? Or, perhaps whom I might speak to that works for Homestead to help me troubleshoot this issue?

TRANSFER DOMAIN:
If you contact your domain registrar, they should be able to get the domain ready for transfer and send you an authorization code. Then, you add the domain to your Homestead account under "Use a Domain I Already Own" in the Domains tab and input the Authorization Code. The process takes 5-7 days to complete.
