Domain remains locked while showing unlocked status

I want to clearly explain what’s happening with your domain professionalscleaningservice.com.

We attempted to update the domain’s nameservers from Homestead to Cloudflare.

Inside Homestead, the domain shows as unlocked, and the nameserver changes appear to save correctly.

We allowed more than a week for the changes to propagate, which is more than enough time.

However, when we verify the domain using independent WHOIS tools, the nameservers are still showing Homestead’s original nameservers.

This confirms that the changes are not being applied at the registry level, even though Homestead’s dashboard indicates they are.

To work around this, we attempted to transfer the domain to another registrar.

The transfer fails because the registry still treats the domain as restricted, despite Homestead showing it as unlocked.

Basically changes made on homestead's dashboard are not having any effect
