Domain release not working
I am trying to release my domain from Homestead so I can switch to another platform.
I have made sure my contact information is correct (received a confirmation email that the email address was changed).
I have unlocked the domain.
Privacy status says "no."
However, when I click "Email your authorization code" I receive this message:
Please note that authorization codes can only be sent to the "Admin Contact" of the domain name. Therefore, the authorization code for your domain name will be sent to 'noreply@data-protected.net
that is obviously not the email address I want the code sent to and I am not receiving the email at the address in my contact information. It has been more than 12 hours since I finished the first three steps.
How do I fix and receive the authorization code?
