domain not working

I have two domains, one is working fine, another one any thing i try to do stuff with it says there is technical difficulties. It won't let me do anything with. I got an email that the domain expired, but when i log in it doesn't show that that it needs to be renewed, and when you go to the actual domain it doesnt show it needs to be purchased. Help?
