CName help

I need to add Cnames to my DNS so that I can utilize my domain for my marketing emails in a different program. I have entered them, but it won't verify. I want to email someone at Homestead with a screenshot of the specific Cnames that i need to add so they can tell me I am doing it correctly. Is there an email for them, or is there no real way to contact Homestead any more?

To access your account summary and edit DNS records on Homestead, you'll need to navigate to the Domain Manager in your Account Manager. [1, 2]

Log in to your Homestead Account.
Click on Domains in the left-side menu.
Locate the domain you want to modify, and click on Advanced DNS settings.
Click the Edit button to view and manage your A, CNAME, and MX records.
Scroll to the CNAME section, add or update the record as instructed by your third-party service, and click Submit / Save.

Yes, I have done that, but it isn't verifying after more than 24 hours. I am not sure that I entered the correct "host" and "value" in the correct places.
