Cannot add a Txt record to my newly purchased domain.

Inside the advance DNS settings I am trying to add a txt record from Microsoft so my company can create emails using this new domain.

Is there an update to this issue? the error message is something along the lines of "due to technicals difficulties with our partners we cannot proccess this request"
