Cannot access domain settings
I am transitioning our domain to a new provider, but cannot access the domain settings to repoint to their nameservers - it is wanting me to input valid credit card information, but we are unequivocally not paying $400/year for hosting. You cannot hold my domain settings hostage, I just need to repoint the nameservers.
To repeat: we will not provide payment information as we are moving to a new provider, and need to update domain settings. How can I access them without being charged $400 for another year, that will not be used?
