advanced dns not updating

I was trying to update dns records and want to point to new IP but txt records added earlier are not allowing to update. 
google._domainkey is not getting accepted as name for txt record and same is for _dmarc.
Please see attached screenshot - It is very strange that current names are  google._domainkey and _dmarc only - but not getting saved when I try to submit.
