Why is our Subcription being cancelled??

We use this service for our website user: jacobsladder

"The Weblisting service will be stopped from 15th January, 2026.After mentioned date all existing subscriptions will be cancelled and product will no longer be available."

I am just this header message on our page. Please tell me what this means. Why is our subscription being cancelled? Will we be able to view our website?
