Why is homestead still billing me when I cancelled.

I cancelled Locallift essential at least a week prior to my account renewal but I was bill for it anyhow. WHY??? Is this how homestead now does business, I have had my account for at least 20 years.

Hello, 

I'm so sorry, but LocalLift is still showing up as active in your billing. I'm not sure how you canceled it, as I don't see anything about it in your account notes. If you'll call 1-800-710-1998, they should be able to assist in canceling it and providing a refund.
