WEBSITE DOWN!

Hello!

I just checked my website (www.sakerpride.com) and this message came up:

"This domain is pending renewal or has expired. Please contact the domain provider with questions."

However, my payments are current, with the most recent debit of $132.96 having been made on August 24th 2024 as shown below

This is a huge inconvenience and embarrassment, as I sent out a link to a post I just made!

I would greatly appreciate you treating the reinstatement of my website as a matter of dire urgency.

This may be a solicitation. If your domain name is registered with homestead they will automatically renew and charge it from your credit card. 

Your website is not secure, however. You may want to secure it.

Where is your domain name registered? If you registered your domain name with Homestead, they automatically withdraw renewal fees from your credit card account on file. You can go to https://lookup.icann.org/en, to review your domain registration details.

Website down, this is the message I am receiving

The domain name in the URL is not associated with any active site on the WP Engine platform.

If this is your site, please visit your User Portal to ensure that your domain mapping and DNS records are configured correctly.

Your URL is used to look up your domain registration details. Where is your domain name registered? If you registered your domain name with Homestead, the domain registration renewal fees are collected along with your hosting fees. They automatically withdraw renewal fees from your credit card account on file. You can go to https://lookup.icann.org/en, to review your domain registration details.

Select the instructions for the platform you're using. Follow the instructions carefully. If you're having trouble with the Cloudflare setup, you can always call for assistance at 1-800-710-1998.

Could you make your SITEBUILDER PLUS WEBSITE SECURE: Cloudflare can be used to add a free SSL? Please refer to these instructions.
