Website closed because I can't get access to pay!
Despite my best efforts to make connection with someone at Homebase, always impossible, I have been unable to connect to their server to pay my account which I have held for years.
Consequently I am being punished for non payment and the website has been disabled.
This is tottaly ridiculous but it has now convinced me to move to a provider tha communictes and appreciates my loyalty.

Have you called this number? They prefer customers come here so the number is difficult to locate, but they do have knowledgeable phone support. Hope this helps. I've had the same issue.

There was a notice on the page where you'd go to edit the site for a few days. Now the notice doesn't seem to be there any more. But it said that sites would be down on Jan 15 2026 and all subscriptions cancelled. It likely wouldn't let you pay because the platform is shutting down.
