Web package

The plan our business has is the Website Gold Plus Package. I did just renew it for the 2 year plan. However, I feel this may be more than we need. I need to know where to find the other packages so we can determine if a lesser one would be best.

You currently have 40 websites on your account. If you don't need all of these, I would recommend deleting some and then I can check if we can downgrade at all.

Is there any way I can see the credit and the actual package you put us on along with the new monthly price?

Also, we have been paying over $300 for a long time, when did this change?

@elyzabethv​ Hello, thank you very much for the credit! We appreciate it. I need one change made. For whatever reason, we have always had 2 domains showing, 1 is a .org the other is .com. The one as .com is what is now online. We would prefer that to be .org since we are a Veteran Assoc. Is it possible to switch those? I have no idea why both were setup quite some time ago.

Hello,

The .org domain is currently on a ClientHold. This is due to a verification email sent to the email address on file as your domain contact info. To remove the hold, update the domain's contact info email address, and a new email will be sent out to verify the domain. Once the link is clicked on and the domain is verified, the hold will be removed and the domain will be reinitiated.

@elyzabethv​ I thought it had my info, but apparently not. I did change the email. I received the email back with a link to authorize the change. I did that, but haven't received another to verify the domain. Once the .org is verified and is our main website, I will delete the .com one. Also, when I took over handling the website, I added my email. It somehow created a separate login, and disabled the original. That is fine, as the prior email address is no longer active and no longer able to be accessed in any way.

Hello, I had changed the contact info for both the .com and .org domains. As stated previously, I received the email with a link to authorize the change. I did that. A link to confirm the domain was never received. Now I am checking the domain contact info for both again, both changed back to the original, even though I previously received confirmation my info was added to the contacts. I again updated both, but have yet to receive the emails to authorize the change. This is getting extremely frustrating! It is also extremely aggravating that this is the only way to contact anyone. It is nowhere near efficient since it takes so long to receive responses. This all needs to be corrected as we need our .org website, not the .com. We also received a paper bill for the .org site. I advised to trash it. We already paid our bill, which is all online.
