Trying to Update Billing Info - Keep Getting Error

Trying to update my billing info but I keep getting a 404 Directory Not Found when I try to submit the new info.

Hello, 

I tested updating a card on an account and got no errors. Can you contact your bank to ensure there are no issues on their end? Or call in to see if we can get it updated for you on our end? 1-800-710-1998

@elyzabethv​ I too can't update card (even though the one on record is correct apparently payment can't be taken until I do) - just get either 'service unavailable when I click on update, or I get 404 error after I try. Been told numerous times to call you but as I live abroad this does not work (homestead even tried to call me with no luck). There must be a way someone can do this without us having to call you? My payment was due 17th July, I do not wish to lose my account over this when my card on record is correct and there is money in the account and no issue with my bank!
