Renew domain and contact from the UK

Hi, 

First off, the 1-800 number does not work from the UK on my network. Is there an alternative?

Apologies, my account is also in arrears, but I hope to rectify that this month.

Lastly, I want to renew the domain for 'universeofray' It used to be 'raysothersite' but I changed it to the former but the latter is still listed, which does not need to be. What do I need to do to renew and also delist 'raysothersite'?
